I use a holistic approach to counseling, establishing a safe and comfortable atmosphere in which individuals can achieve their emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental health goals. I work with clients of all ages including adults, couples and adolescent boys.

My goal in working with my Catholic clients is to provide professional therapeutic techniques and integrate Catholic faith-based counseling upon their request to help overcome difficulties and to work toward making the changes needed to improve their lives.

Bio:

Tom Costello received his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Ashley Keuhne, LPC-S, LCDC.

In his internship experience at Chrysalis Health, Tom worked with adolescent and adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Tom utilizes evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and positive psychology principles to help individuals reach their fullest potential.
