I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a committed Catholic. I believe in the power of a supportive, caring and honest therapeutic relationship where you are unconditionally accepted, with all aspects of yourself welcomed into the counselling space. I will enable you to identify parts of yourself that may be holding you back in relationships, work and other elements of life so that you can take control of your life and with devotion and trust in God, embrace the challenges of everyday existence. We will discuss your problems and opportunities and identify methods for achieving your goals to move forward towards change.
I am a committed Catholic and attend daily mass, as well as weekly confession, adoration and benediction.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I utilize a range of modalities which I tailor to individual clients. I offer a person centred approach ensuring that the client's needs, objectives and values are always taken into account. My strong adherence to ethical practice and consideration of the BACP ethical guidelines mean that I treat all clients with respect ensuring their dignity at all times. I believe that a relationship with God within the Catholic faith brings great meaning and joy to life as well as offering a framework for living an ethical and moral existence. As a Catholic, I see life as a journey in faith, not without suffering but with a clear path to true happiness in Christ.
