Message from Therapist

Hi! My specialty is in helping people. That's the bottom line. And don't we all need a little help sometimes?! I will come along side you as a collaborator to help you get through and recover from trauma, adversity and pain you've experienced in your life.  I will work hard to help you improve your most important relationships – including your marriage, family, parent-child, and even (or maybe especially) the relationship you have with your own self. Resolving these problems goes a very long way in helping people to live the lives they actually WANT to be living. Because who wants to be miserable? (Not me.) I utilize several evidenced based therapy modalities and theories, including EMDR, CBT, EFT, Gottman and more to help people move forward… process what hurts, so you can move forward - reconnecting with yourself, your loved ones and the God who made you.

I believe we are all in this thing together. I understand the journey well, not only professionally, but personally. I will walk beside you through yours. Each of us has intrinsic value and worth – not because of what we do – but because of who we are.

No. Not because of WHO we are…. But simply because we ARE.
Because we exist.

And we are so much more valuable than many sparrows.

Practice Info

Bio:
Who am I? What do I believe in?
I am many things, just as you are too! I’m a wife, mother, daughter, friend, professional, part-time working mama, full-time (recovering!) worrier, recovering perfectionist, grace-giver, reluctant grace-receiver, Jesus lover, and fellow life-doer. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me sitting on the play room floor with my kids, curled up watching a movie with the hubs, rehabbing our fixer-upper or trying hard not to actually die at the kickboxing gym.

I believe we are all in this thing together. I understand the journey well, not only professionally, but personally. I will walk beside you through yours. Each of us has intrinsic value and worth – not because of what we do – but because of who we are. And because of Who made us His.

Because He breathed life into us, because He called us by name - We are so much more valuable than many sparrows.

I think somewhere along the way, we've each forgotten that. Let's remember together.
