As God said in Genesis, it is not good for man to be alone. I’m here to walk with you through the challenges in your life, helping you to find the strength and courage to face them. Using the resources of faith and reason, we can work together to find the tools you need to face difficult choices with wisdom.
I can accept most private insurance, but I cannot accept MA. If I do not accept your insurance, I have cash and sliding scale options available.
After getting my start in Child and Family Therapy, I now counsel adults, children, teens, and families at Samaritan. While working in Family Based Mental Health Services, I helped families find and use their strengths to face challenges in areas such as anxiety, trauma, attachment, and autism. Now, I use this experience to help individuals of all ages, recognizing the impact of family and community on the individual.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2014, and have a Bachelor of Arts degree as well, double majoring in Theology and Mental Health and Human Services. This background enables me to bring both faith and reason into an integrative therapeutic approach to help my Catholic clients gain perspective, understanding, and solutions.
