Message from Therapist

It can be challenging to begin the process of meeting with a new counselor - whether this is your first time or you have prior experience. Getting started is the hardest part, so you are already moving in the right direction. I am glad that you are here!

I offer individual tele-health counseling for clients aged 12+. My goal is to help you develop a lifestyle that is person-centered, values-guided, and that ultimately allows you to flourish. My hope is that this will allow you to both witness to the importance of mental health and to touch the lives of others through your own healing process.

Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I hope to work with you to reach your goals!

Practice Info

Bio:
I graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Bachelors in Clinical Psychology in 2020 and with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in Crisis and Trauma, in 2021.

I have extensive experience in providing therapy services in settings such as schools, and residential and outpatient locations. I have worked with adult individuals and adolescents on a wide range of mental health and behavioral issues, as well as handling crises and providing trauma-focused therapy.

I believe that each person has been endowed with inherent dignity and worth by God. This belief is foundational to my counseling practice and how I work with my clients - I strive to receive every client I encounter with the adopting love of Christ. I come from a multicultural background, and appreciate being able to provide a multicultural lens.
