Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate providing psychotherapy via Telehealth for Washington state. My formation predominantly draws upon the JPII Healing Center, Theology of the Body Institute and the Allende Center.

In session, I utilize Internal Family Systems, EMDR, lifespan integration and operate within a Psychodynamic framework underscoring my belief that we are made for, broken by and healed through relationship.

Bio:

Sara is a mental health counselor who works predominantly with adults and adolescents providing trauma informed relational psychotherapy services.

She specializes in trauma and abuse, anxiety and scrupulosity, pre and postpartum care, self esteem related issues and life transitions (vocational discernment, college, post graduate).

After undergrad she served as a college campus missionary for 3 years and discerned a call to pursue graduate school. She holds a master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology with a concentration in Trauma & Abuse through The Allender Center.

Outside of being a therapist, she has a history of competitive figure skating, is a mom to 4 in heaven and one on earth and enjoys backpacking and camping with her family.
