Offering therapy is more than work for me. It is a passion and, more importantly, I consider it a vocation. I work, predominantly, with adults (couples as well as individuals) but my experience has extended to clients of all ages.
I work (and have worked with) with individual clients who experience, among other things, SSA, body dysmorphia, addictions, eating disorders, depression and anxiety.
I also provide counseling for couples who experience difficulty in communicating effectively and assist them in breaking toxic cycles which undermine and destroy the core of the marriage. I have also prepared couples who are engaged to be married.
Therapy is a journey and I accompany the individual or the couple on that journey.
