Faith-Integrated Mental Health Services

As a Catholic mental health professional, I integrate faith-based principles with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support your journey toward healing and wholeness. My practice is founded on the belief that true healing emerges from love, faith, and compassion.

My Approach

I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a powerful approach that aligns beautifully with both secular and faith-based healing. Through IFS, you'll:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of your inner world
  • Learn to communicate with different parts of yourself
  • Discover why you respond to life's challenges in certain ways
  • Find harmony between your faith and emotional well-being

Your Journey Begins Here

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with:

  • Personal relationships
  • Faith questions
  • Emotional healing
  • Life transitions

There is hope and help available.

Take the First Step

Begin your journey toward greater peace and self-understanding today:

Practice Info

Bio:
With over 26 years of marriage, the joy of raising two children to adulthood, and the blessing of being a grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren, I bring a wealth of lived experience to my counseling practice. Life has taught me that our journeys are complex, challenging, and beautiful all at once.

As a trauma survivor myself, I understand firsthand the courage it takes to seek healing and growth. This personal experience informs my approach to therapy, allowing me to offer both professional expertise and genuine empathy to those navigating their own paths toward healing.

My practice is built on a foundation of compassionate understanding, drawing from both my professional training and real-world wisdom gained through life's many seasons. Whether you're dealing with trauma, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, or life transitions, I provide a safe and nurturing space for exploration and growth.

I believe that every person's story matters, and every step toward healing is significant. As someone who has walked through difficult seasons and emerged stronger, I am deeply committed to supporting others in their journey toward wholeness and well-being.

Away from my practice, I find joy in spending time with my family, friends, church community, and of course, our wire hair fox terrier Shooter. These personal connections enrich my understanding of the human experience and inform my work as a counselor.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey of healing and discovery.
