I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who started this journey over 13 years ago. Helping others has been my passion when I first started this work and continues to be today. It has always been my honor to walk along those brave enough to journey in self-reflection, self-examination, openness to change through insight and revaluating old ways of coping that are no longer serving you! I would be honored to walk along side with you in your journey and teach you tools to help you reach your goals.
I am particularly passionate about supporting clients through grief, life transitions, and women’s issues. I understands the profound impact these experiences can have on mental health and daily life and works collaboratively to help clients regain balance and clarity. By fostering resilience and self-compassion, I help clients move forward with greater confidence and peace.
I am currently accepting new patients via telehealth. I do not accept insurance but can give each patient a superbill to then present to their insurance company.
Counseling and being of service to others has been my calling from the Lord and I have said "yes" whole heartily! I cannot emphasize the impact my Catholic faith has had on me in choosing this field, the joy in which I experience in doing so, in addition to the insights that shape my work. I would be most honored to provide you with an non-judgmental and safe place to explore the inner workings of interpersonal growth and any goals you may have.
