Many years ago, I went through a crucial point in my marriage. I had to decide to leave or stay. I felt the pain and despair of having to make a lifetime decision that would affect my young children. I am at peace with my decision and now I help others go through their process of finding their peace.
When considering a divorce, a man and a woman each have a decision to make. I walk with you. I use cognitive strategies to help you look at your situation from different, objective perspectives.
I have personal and professional experience to guide you toward the best choice for you, and will utilize professional effective interventions that aid children and families through turbulent times. There is no excuse for abuse and no one should have to live in a home with abuse. I help individuals to choose to stay or leave their relationship with grace.
I am knowledgeable in the effects of divorce on children. I help children overcome problems at school, in the home and in their relationships. I look at each family and the needs of the children and help the adults decide what is best for them and their child.

PERSONAL STORY:
On August 26, 2003, I was standing in the ER looking at the face of a doctor that had just said my 3-year-old daughter had a 50/50 chance of living. It was like a dream. This can't be happening to me, can it? But it was true. My daughter had been diagnosed with meningococcemia, a rare and fatal blood disease.
For the next two weeks, I watched my daughter turn purple due to her blood vessels bursting. She could have lost her arms or legs or potentially have numerous disabilities. People from all over the world prayed. With the help of many doctors, healthy diet and exercise she recovered with minimal problems. She is now a thriving senior in college majoring in Biology and Premed.
The love of God and his mercy of grace carried me through.
