I work with clients to gain awareness of how past experiences might be shaping their present, while empowering them to access strengths and support systems as they make positive changes in their life. As an Associate Therapist at Seeds of Hope LLC, I am passionate about providing deeply compassionate care to those in search of hope & healing. Informed by a variety of techniques, I can accompany you on a journey that will not only expand your capacity to cope with day to day challenges, but bring about the inner healing you may be seeking.
