Hello. I am a traditional Catholic therapist with Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) and Master of Science (M.S.) degrees in Clinical Psychology. I have extensive experience in clinical assessment and therapy. I utilize a strengths-based treatment approach to help adult individuals to overcome addictions as well as other mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I specialize in working with men on the many challenging issues they face. I also work with couples on relational issues.
I am an Army Veteran and have extensive experience working with Veterans in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings. I am passionate about helping people overcome their habitual struggles.
