Anxiety is So Real… and So Hard
Life is getting harder by the minute. Find a solution now.
You’re barely functioning. The last time you had a good night’s sleep seems like ages ago.
Everything causes you stress: work, family, school, you name it.
You don’t feel like yourself or know how long you can hold it together.
There’s nowhere to find peace.
When your anxiety is at its worst, dreadful panic attacks appear.
Your anxiety has stopped you from enjoying vacations, social and family gatherings, and attending work.
It’s taken over your life.
You’ve begun questioning your faith.
“Why is this happening to me?” “Am I being punished?” “Is the devil attacking me?”
Anxiety feels like it’s here to stay, and you’re beginning to lose hope.
The Bible tells you:
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6
The Bible tells you to trust God and not be afraid, but you feel you can't.
You think, “God is not answering my prayers.”
I can tell you, “He hasn’t answered them… Yet”
I can help you get your life back.
Being Catholic is part of your identity, so you want help from someone who understands your faith.
Remember Jesus sends helpers to those who seek it. He sends helpers like me, a worker of God who is specialized in stress and anxiety. As a practicing Catholic and neuropsychologist, I am able to combine mind, body, and soul into your healing journey.
Anxiety is real, but I can show you how to control it.
I can help you make sense of what you are feeling and help you restore your peace.
Let’s start your journey and calm the storm together.
I have helped many people use their faith as an instrument to overcome panic attacks and learn to cope with anxiety. I can help you too.
Don’t wait any longer. Call me.
Dr. Santiago
I love my career, but my family is a big part of who I am. I’m blessed to have found the right family/work/personal balance. When not helping you, I volunteer at my parish, visiting homebound individuals, and participate in different parish ministries.
Other enjoyments include spending time with my family, planning vacations, going to the beach, watching a movie, and reading a book.
