I have over 35 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have significant experience treating trauma and sexual abuse with all age groups. I get excited working with people who have experienced trauma and seeing them become the people they were meant to be. I am trained in EMDR, Play Therapy, DBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I am an enthusiastic provider of individual, child, adolescent, marriage and family therapy. I specialize in treating child abuse and child sexual abuse, as well with adults who have experienced sexual abuse. I like to use EMDR for both. Additionally, I use TF CBT with children.. As an adjunct, I use hypnosis for smoking cessation, weight control, sleep disorders and overall healing.
I work with clients who experience depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or those experiencing stress in their lives. I provide a safe, nurturing environment for clients to look at what is important to them, be it past or present. I work with clients to set goals that are meaningful to them.
