I enjoy helping others find healing and freedom! I am a practicing Catholic and utilize a mix of modalities of which includes trauma-informed training. I tailor treatment to work with the individual needs of each client. I work with men, women, and children of all ages. I especially enjoy working with young adult women.

Bio:
I was born and raised in the Lansing area. I have also lived in Argentina and New York City. I am a devout Catholic who attends Mass regularly. I am honored to offer counseling services with a Catholic perspective. I love to learn about people and help them to flourish in their unique callings.

I offer Telehealth mental health services over video platform or phone. I enjoying working with all ages, though I find telehealth works best for ages 7 (mature) and above. My style is to look deeper for underlying causes of symptoms and to be curious about getting to know each of my clients and find what modalities that work best for their unique situations. 

My private pay rate is $100/50 min but I also work on a sliding scale so that services can be as accessible as possible.
