In partnership, you and I will discuss and implement skills and strategies to meet your personal needs and goals utilizing a faith-based approach.
As a practicing Catholic working in the field of mental health, I believe integrating the Catholic faith with the best theories and strategies of psychology can lead to a true understanding of yourself, within your relationships, and most importantly within your relationship with God.
My years of education, professional experience, and clinical skills enable me to walk with you in your struggle through varying difficulties, including but not limited to, adjustment to life changes, parenting struggles, anxiety, depression, anger management, family or relationship conflict, co-dependency, grief/loss, and low self-esteem.
I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I have a special interest in helping parents understand and support their child(ren) with ADHD as well as assisting adults with ADHD manage their daily life and relationships.
