Message from Therapist

Therapy is a gift. It has helped me through different periods of my life. Identifying who God created us to be, where our attachments in life come from, and how we learn to persevere through difficult times to find lasting joy is essential to helping us move through life. We are made in God's image and likeness; from that premise, we are here to live and breathe in His grace and mercy for our lives. I will be honored to sit and hold space for your story and walk with you as you seek repair and restoration for your life.

"Spes et Fortitudo, is Latin for "Hope and Courage," symbolizes resilience and optimism in overcoming challenges. "Spes" (hope) embodies optimism, aspiration, and belief in positive outcomes, even in adversity. "Fortitudo" (courage) represents strength and mental fortitude to endure hardships with resilience. This phrase is to inspire you to discover your inner strengths, guiding you on a journey of hope and healing.

Whether you are seeking personal growth, overcoming obstacles, or simply looking for a listening ear; your journey toward healing and self-discovery starts here, where your story matters most.

I will be honored to assist you in crafting a path toward greater well-being and mental health. Together, we can forge a brighter future filled with hope and courage. Your story is unique, and I am here to honor and nurture it every step of the way.

We live out of a beautiful Catholic faith tradition and I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges with hope, courage, and resilience. I promise to support and guide you in your counseling journey.
