Message from Therapist

Many times difficulties can cause us to feel stuck, but there is a path to propel ourselves forward. It may be hard to identify and navigate that path on our own. Oftentimes, it is helpful to have an unbiased opinion, a safe space, and professional help in order to move forward in life.

I am a Licensed Therapist with a passion to help people achieve greater freedom, whether that be improving communication skills, self empowerment, or healing past wounds. I assist each person in identifying individualized strategies to meet their goals. I specialize in helping adults who are hard on themselves to resolve inner conflict, find peace in the present, unlock the gift of who they are, improve relationship dynamics, and with future planning.

The outcome I desire for my clients is for them to develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others so they can live more fulfilling lives.I enjoy using evidence based modalities such as EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS, and Faith Based Practices.

I’ve helped many people learn tools that are transformative. Whether you are experiencing grief, people pleasing, dissatisfaction, anxiety, insecurities, perfectionism, or other disturbances- I’d like to help you gain greater freedom and healing.

Bio:
Maricela Fajardo, LSW had worked in community wellness for several years. While working in healthcare, she developed a passion for working with people 1-to-1. She witnessed how transformative trustworthy relationships could cause powerful change in people's lives. Maricela decided to further her skills and education to be able to expand her passion in the Mental Health field. She obtained her Master Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health.

Maricela's goal in her work as a clinical therapist is to encourage people along their therapeutic journey towards a more fruitful life, greater freedom, and healing.

Accepted Forms of Payments
We currently accept self-pay as well as most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and Cigna plans. We are happy to assist you with checking your insurance benefits to determine your coverage. If you have insurance other than these, we can assist you with checking your out-of-network benefits (your insurance provider may offer partial or full reimbursement for your sessions). For individuals who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, a “Good Faith Estimate” of the cost of services will be provided before your first appointment. We require all clients to have a credit card on file for copay, coinsurance, deductible, and cancellation/no show fee payments.
