As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina and the Clinical Director of Siena Counseling LLC, I am dedicated to helping individuals heal and grow through the counseling process, and I believe counseling works best when there is a collaborative focus on the mind, body and soul of each client. I strive to recognize the uniqueness and sacredness of each person and their journey.
I want to walk with you on your journey of unburdening from these false identities, and help you discover the freedom and flourishing that are yours through becoming who you were made to be. I know that people seek out counseling for many reasons, and there is no such thing as a "small" problem. Your pain, confusion, struggles, stuck-points, and concerns matter. I am honored to hold space and journey beside you.
