Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisior (LPCC-S). I work with adults and children (ages 2-18). I specialize in holistic services for teen girls.

I have worked with children and families since 2011. I feel God has called me to bring His families back together in such a difficult time in this fallen world. I firmly believe in the importance of parental involvement in their child's therapy and work in unison with parents to help their kids. I use a holistic approach in which I consider all the aspects that may contribute to mental health and educate parents on what might be going on physically, mentally, emotionally, and spirituality. We can talk about diet, lifestyle, stress, labs available, supplements if necessary, as well as the spiritual component and finding healing through Jesus.

Bio:
I graduated with my BS in Human Services from Valley City State University. I graduated with my MS in Community Counseling from The University of Mary, Fargo, ND. I have worked with children and families from the beginning of my career and I have never looked back. I have done In-Home therapy with high risk youth. I have worked mostly in private practice seeing children and teens using play therapy, sand tray, art, and talk therapy. I specialize in trauma, attachment, difficult family situations, divorce, chronic medical issues, grief and loss, mood disorders, ADHD, and more.

I am a member at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Valley City, ND. I am married and have four children. My favorite things are Jesus, reading, coffee, and traveling. I am also working getting my certification in Animal Assisted Therapy.

Mostly Fridays 8:30 AM- 12 PM CST; some evenings and weekends are possible. By appointment only.

More About Jennifer Eberle, MS, LPCC-S

I have been a therapist since 2011. I also provide supervision to other counselors and interns as an LPCC-S (Supervisor). I am passionate about working with children, families, and individuals on their spiritual and mental health journey. I work with ages 2 through adulthood. I am currently working for another private practice but recently started my own therapy and life coaching practice as well. I am excited to help clients (especially teen girls) go deeper into their relationship with Jesus to help them through their struggles like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and body image to name a few. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable navigating through difficult conversations.

I am certified in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Brainspotting. I have extensive training and experience in play therapy, sand tray, art, family dynamics, nutrition, exercise in mental health, and supplementation. I can also offer some labs such as neurotransmitter testing, Organic Acids Testing, vitamin D testing, and food sensitivity testing.

I am passionate about holistic health and also a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach.
