I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Trauma-Focused CBT Counselor, and Licensed Behavior Specialist. Although I specialize in depression and anxiety, I mainly focus on the person as a whole, not just their diagnosis.
I have specialty training in: Chronic depression and anxiety, grief counseling, trauma, self-esteem, parenting support, and relational issues and conflict resolution.
I have worked as a licensed therapist for over 10 years, working with individuals and families. I have worked as a behavioral specialist for children/teenagers, worked with individuals in Christian counseling centers, and in my own private practice . I have also been happily married for 10 years and am a mother of four little ones.
