Congratulations on taking the first step in making some positive changes in your life by finding a therapist.
I provide counseling for the individual, couple, and family. What to expect from me? We will begin and end each session in prayer. An honest, detailed, and faithful Catholic Therapist where my passion is to serve our Lord to help improve our lives, mind, body, and spirit. Once I've completed my assessment, I will provide my recommendations and possible referrals as I work from a team approach. This team approach is to ensure that you are also connected not only with me as your mental health counselor, but also with a spiritual director and that your physical health needs are also being met.
May God bless you on your journey to healing.
Our Lady of Good Counsel, pray for us,
Mary Undoer of Knots, pray for us,

Jennifer Anderson, MSW, LCSW, BCD
Owner/Clinical Therapist/Board Certified Diplomate
Jennifer was born and raised in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor's in Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Fargo, North Dakota has been home for Jennifer since 1997.
Jennifer has over twenty years working in the mental health field beginning in Madison where she worked as an advocate at Dane County Advocates for Battered Women, followed by as a mental health tech at Tellurian both in Madision, Wisconsin. While raising her children, Jennifer worked as a Director of Volunteer Services at Bethany Homes, Innovis Health, and the Plains Art Museum. Jennifer returned to college where she began working at Prairie St. John's first as a Psychiatric Technician, then as a Therapist on the Adult Inpatient Unit once she completed her MSW degree. Jennifer learned a lot working at Prairie St. John's helping so many in crisis, but she was wanting to develop a longer relationship with clients working in the outpatient setting. God answered her prayers with Catholic Charities North Dakota's counseling department was looking to expand their Fargo office staff and this was where Jennifer worked from 2014-2018 as a Clinical Therapist and also providing outreach to clients in Wahpeton, ND at St. John's Catholic Church.
Opening her own practice has been a dream of Jennifer's that she felt it was time for her to "spread her wings". It was her husband Greg that came up with the name, "Redeeming Grace Counseling" as it was he who heard Jennifer speak to numerous groups about how she explains how she loves her work as a counselor because she feels she is an instrument through God's Redeeming Grace that she can help in the healing of one's mental health.
