Jeannette obtained her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Clinical Counseling. For over 25 years, she has practiced in a wide variety of counseling and mental health settings, providing support, counseling and advocacy for clients experiencing severe mental illness, as well as high conflict and difficult family dynamics.
Jeannette brings to her counseling practice extensive experience and a therapeutic style that combines enthusiastic life-coaching with a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches, including, cognitive behavioral therapy, 12 Step and family systems models, and strategies developed to meet the unique individual needs of clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, obsessive and compulsive disorders, families impacted by difficult and high conflict behaviors and those struggling with matters of faith and scrupulosity.
As a practicing Catholic, Jeannette offers clients the opportunity to integrate their faith beliefs and principals on a path to improved functioning, relationships, healing and peace and moving past painful life experiences.
