As a professional Catholic therapist with over 25 years of experience, I have developed a warm direct approach to therapy, while helping people heal persistent emotional and behavioral problems. I facilitate psychological and emotional well-being in the Catholic faith community by providing clinically appropriate and effective counseling and case management services for adults, children, teenagers, couples and family therapy.
I also provide pre-martial couple counseling and marriage counseling.
Effective treatment for a broad range of issues and disorders from depression, anxiety, and other psychosis. I also have expertise in therapy for addictions, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
Regarding issues particularly sensitive to our faith, I have extensive experience dealing with post abortion trauma, pornography and sexual addictions, issues with scrupulosity and other obsessive/compulsive disorders.
