Making a commitment to changing behaviors helps us sort out what we actually have control over and frees us from expecting others to change in order for us to be happy. This approach is extremely effective with the various forms of anxiety or depression and are helpful in navigating whatever life struggles we are facing.
While working with clients with diverse beliefs, I also specialize in working with clients who want to work from within their Catholic Christian beliefs. Helping individuals draw on their spiritual beliefs and resources greatly enhances the therapeutic process and a great source of healing.
