Message from Therapist

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to look at my profile.

I am an accredited Psychotherapist with over 10 years experience practicing several kinds of therapy, including Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and CBT. I work with people experiencing common mental health difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma (PTSD) and many other mental health issues.

I can help you achieve psychological well-being and a sense of peace, as well as direction and motivation in life. I also have a particular interest and a wealth of experience in helping people who have experienced trauma find healing and wholeness.

I love our Holy Catholic Church and my work is steeped in the Truths of our Faith.

I am passionate about my work and genuinely believe in the transformative healing of psychotherapy. I look forward to hearing from you.

More About Greg Nolan, Counsellor and Psychotherapist

1:1 Therapy and Sanctus Healing: A Catholic Programme for Overcoming Depression

I provide one-to-one psychotherapy as well as a group program (Sanctus Healing) for Catholics to overcome depression. I have designed the program myself and it is based on the teachings of Saint Thomas Aquinas as well as the doctrines of the Catholic Church, in combination with elements taken from several forms of modern psychology. I have been working as a therapist for the past 10 years and prior to that I worked in acute psychiatry as a psychiatric nurse.
