I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and have spent 20 years integrating IFS with the Catholic faith for a powerful, transformational and redemptive experience in healing for my clients. 

I am licensed in NY and FL yet I am only taking new clients from the state of Florida. All sessions are on-line, using HIPPA-compliant Zoom.   We can do beautiful work together - no matter where you reside in the state of Florida.

I help clients achieve inner harmony, discover greater fulfillment, align their lives with God's purpose and explore a deeper more personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  I can help you heal in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and relationships.

I am a Certified IFS Therapist and IFS Approved Clinical Consultant, providing consultation and teaching to therapists who want to learn the IFS model.

I am a devout Catholic, follow the catechism of the Catholic church, pray the rosary, go to daily mass and use the sacrament of reconciliation monthly,   I embrace this quote as a source of inspiration for my work:

It is best to check your insurance coverage directly with your insurance carrier for details as to how much they might reimburse you for mental health outpatient services by an out-of-network provider, using Telehealth. I have opted out of Medicare. You can use Flex Saving or Health Savings debit/credit cards and I accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
