I am a Licensed Professional Counselor currently completing a PhD In Advanced Clinical Practice from Belmont University. I obtained my masters in clinical counseling from The Franciscan University of Steubenville where I obtained extensive training in a Catholic centered approach to healing. My approach is attachment focused, person centered psychoanalytic therapy that utilizes research based interventions from Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I currently work with adult individuals and adolescents with trauma, eating disorder, OCD-Scrupulosity, life adjustments, depression, and anxiety, and also work with couples.
The Catholic faith is the center of both my personal life and my private practice, which influences everything from how I view the human person, to how I approach individual moments of encountering woundedness in session. We all have areas of our story and our personhood that we keep in the dark. I provide a supportive approach to healing that facilitates bringing all areas of oneself to the light and love of Christ, for acceptance and transformation. In our work together you can expect excellent research validated treatment deeply rooted in the Catholic tradition and anthropology of the human person.
If you find yourself in a position in life where you are seeking greater freedom in any area of your life, I can provide a Christ centered approach to walking with you towards becoming the fullest version of yourself.
