Flower Mound Texas 75028
I help adults, young adults and teenagers effectively manage depression, anger, unhealthy addictions, and the anxiety & stress that come along with the complex lives many of us are living. I believe that we have the inherent ability to change from within, and my role as a professional is to provide you guidance with the proper therapeutic tools and insights from my experience.
My approach is to begin with the immediate goal in mind, and then work with each client to develop skills to address deeper issues. As a Level 3 TEAM CBT certified therapist, I work with clients to quickly identify negative thought patterns and work towards change. I take a whole person philosophy, giving consideration to mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical health.
I am also Gottman Couples Therapy certified (level 2) for working with couples. I help couples create emotional safety, learn to communicate through conflict, and find shared meaning as they develop a stronger relationship with mutual understanding.
I am also a trained Christian caregiver through Stephen Ministries.
Change is difficult, especially when we are struggling. I work with my clients to live a more fulfilling life and find the joy and peace that everyone deserves.
