That consoles and gives purpose in a very troubled world. My mission is to give support to those who experience anxiety, grief, confusion and other burdens. Thankfully, our beautiful faith can make us more than conquerors, as St. Paul puts it. The grace given by God is abundant. Catholic counseling integrates that grace with expert therapeutic support. You, the client, need to be understood and to formulate a plan for moving forward.

I provide online counseling for individuals, couples, and families in areas such as anxiety and mild depression, parenting issues with young and adult children, loss and grief, marriage difficulties, and workplace support. My style is one of encouragement and practicality.
My husband Dave and I are active in St. Peter Catholic parish in Hancock, MD. I’m a lector, retreat speaker, Parish Council member, and conference President of our local St. Vincent de Paul Society.
