I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of California with over 35 years experience helping individuals, couples and families. I integrate my therapy and consultative services with the principles and teachings of the magisterium of the Catholic Church. My goal is to help people fulfill their ideals and mission in life in their work, family and other vocations.
I am not an in-network provider for any insurance companies. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company prior to coming in to determine their out of network benefits.
I am currently providing in-person sessions at my office in Alexandria (Old Town) Virginia. I also provide online Tele-therapy for residents of Virginia and California.

I started Bennett Consulting and Therapy, LLC, in order to continue my work in helping people in concert with the Catholic Church. As a professional therapist, I support individuals, couples and the family, the "domestic church", by doing my best to help them address the challenges in life by integrating the best of psychology with the tenets and principles of the Catholic Faith.
With my leadership experience in the Church and outside of the Church, I have an interest in helping leaders and organizations integrate management and leadership skills in concert with the Catholic Faith and the gospels.
I will work with people who are not Catholic but my perspective of looking at problems and solutions is to try to integrate the Christian faith into the approach and solution.
