Message from Therapist

I want to empower you! I want you to feel confident in who you are by communicating your wants and needs to others. I want to help strengthen your faith, morals, values, identity, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-love, and self-worth. Navigating your adult life can be full of challenges. Some people may feel “stuck” due to career choice, personal experiences, relationships, family, and/or cultural pressures. This can cause you to feel overwhelming emotions and not feel "enough" in your life.

Adults may also struggle with overcoming childhood trauma, navigating social pressure, creating healthy boundaries in relationships, coping with the stress and demands from school, work, or making important decisions about your future. Life can be hard when you’re trying to meet everyone’s expectations, including your own. I believe that together we can make tangible goals to explore how your beliefs and past experiences are impacting your current functioning. I work from evidence-based interventions grounded in research to assist you in applying skills to your everyday life to cope with stressors. I specialize in anxiety, eating disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses.
