Hello! My name is Alicia. I am a mental health therapist who's primary mission is to help those suffering in any way to come to know the love of God for themselves, by overcoming the obstacles and struggles they face throughout their lives.

I have extensive experience working with adult individuals and adolescents on a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, addictions, relationship issues and trauma. I also provide Couples/Marital Counseling. I specialize working with First Responders and Military/Veterans.

Within my practice, I serve individuals and couples endeavoring with whichever particular struggle has left them with any amount of despair. I work with each of my clients to help them find the health and happiness God has intended for them.

*Please note, I am only licensed in the state of Colorado and cannot provide therapy services to people in other states.

Bio:
Having earned both a Bachelor's degree Clinical Psychology, and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University, I had unique education and training within the field of mental health which incorporated passionate Catholicism into the study of mental health and how to help those suffering with mental health to find happiness and joy in their lives.

I have also received a certification from the United States Army as a Behavioral Health Specialist and have served in the Army Reserves since 2019, and therefore intentionally serve those who are veterans of the US military as well. It is my personal mission to help those who have sacrificed their own mental health for the sake of our country regain positive mental health and have a future worthy of their past struggles and sufferings for the greater good.

Most importantly, I am a devout Catholic who believes that everyone is made for unhindered communion with and in the love of God for them, and I truly believe everyone is capable of reaching that point with insight, education and a formed understanding of themselves as God sees them.

✨ If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, it means they will cover a portion of the cost when you see a therapist who doesn't have a direct contract with your insurance company.

✨ Unlike in-network providers, who bill your insurance company directly, with out-of-network therapists, you typically pay for the session upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.

✨ Insurance companies often reimburse a percentage of the therapist's fee, usually after you meet an out-of-network deductible. For example, after you meet a $1,000 deductible, your insurance may reimburse 50-80% of the session cost.

✨ Out-of-network benefits give you the flexibility to choose a therapist based on your needs and preferences, not just those in-network.
