Monica Hidalgo Breaux Ph.D has over 25 years of experience as a professionally trained Catholic therapist for adults, couples and families in need of counseling or spiritual direction.

Provide holistic care, addressing the mind, body, and spirit of individuals, couples and families seeking help to overcoming their difficulties and to follow the perennial, traditional Catholic Church teachings.

Dr. Breaux's expertise is in treating sexual addiction, pornography compulsion, and other sexual issues.

My private practice is ONLY offering phone or video therapy sessions.
