Hi, my legal name is Sabrina but I go by "Veronica". I am excited to work with you in growing in Christ through your journey of self discovery and healing.
I specialize in addiction, trauma, anxiety, and relationships. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement & Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Instinctual Trauma Response Model (ITR), and other forms of counseling. I also a Functional Nutrition Counselor and a Spiritual Director. I integrate all these approaches with Christian values and concepts, treating mind, body, and soul. I see counseling as a way of growing in deeper intimacy with the Lord.
I offer in-office therapy and teletherapy.
I offer online counseling for residents of Ohio and Florida. Also offer online counseling as well as In-person office sessions in Texas.

I like to incorporate prayer and scripture as helpful into the session. I pray for all my clients outside of the therapy office, and I ask Holy Spirit to always guide the sessions. I started out counseling in Ohio and moved to Texas in the summer of 2019. I am licensed in Texas, Ohio and Florida. I am excited to work with anyone who is ready and willing to go on a grand adventure of self-discovery and healing with the Lord.
