Message from Therapist

I am an experienced board-certified Psychiatrist who provides compassionate and personal care through counseling and medication management.

Do you just feel like something psychological is keeping you from living your best? Is there some area of your life in which you are simply stuck, whether it be your career, your marriage, relationships, or family life? Do you dwell on the past or feel anxious about the future? Are there patterns of behaviors and aspects of your personality that you want to understand better and change?

Areas that I address include anxiety, OCD, depression and bipolar disorders, and issues related to life meaning and purpose, spirituality and faith, improvement of social, marital and family relationships, career satisfaction, and the improvement of coping skills and self-esteem.

Contact me to schedule an initial consultation to provide a comprehensive treatment plan that recognizes your desire to have your Catholic faith incorporated into your treatment. Let's make the first step towards bringing change, healing and balance to your life.
